Passion fruit is due to the nutrient, mineral, and vitamin content of the fruit, which includes antioxidants, flavonoids, vitamin A, vitamin C, riboflavin, niacin, iron,magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, copper, fiber, and protein.

Health Benefits of Passion Fruit :

1. Immune System
