Once Manipur State Congress Party formed the Government lead by CM W Nipamacha. After that Bharatiya Janata Party and then Indian National Congress came into power. During the last election of 2012 MSCP became just a Decoy political party of Congressman. The reason behind it was the Full fledged Ruling INC Ministerial ticket was the most demanding ticket from other Political Parties.

It was just last years Before Narendra Modi Lead BJP Government came into power the INC was the most influence Political party at every (I should say 100pc.) Manipuri's mindsets. As the Constituency of Manipur Legislative Assembly is just 60 the Political party couldn't put more than that so some Well Wishers Contractors and Political Fanatics (i should say) began to reform the MSCP not  because of the Party's ideology but for the non availability of INC ticket as INC-B.

At the Mid 2015 some MLAs from MSCP disqualified by the Manipur Legislative Assembly's Speaker from the house and They again reelected for the house from BJP ticket. Then the wave of BJP came herein Manipur. Oh I forgot to mention about that Parliamentary Election which Elected A Chaiwala as Prime Minister of The Socialist Republic India. During those election days some BJP wave was deposited at some corner and center of this Selflessness state.

After the Year (2015) of Chaos and Resurrection the New year of hope and Propaganda began with 6.7 earthquake and quaked the Heart and Mind of Manipuris for the next coming 2017 State Assembly election And the Municipal council election was held on the Second Week of January 2016. Again in this election due to the nonavailability of the INC and BJP ticket some of the Councillors and Ward Members were also Elected as the INC-B and BJP-B

Now the Meitei Nationalist Party lead by a 3rd handed Rusted cop began to politicized the State which begins its journey from the last byelection  December 2015.
At first the Characteristics of this political party begins it's journey from that Hotel vividly and now in Feb 2016 became more clear to Comment on them the Question is that
